Subscriptions and Plans#
MEGA subscriptions unlock plan features for either an individual or an organization. They are separate from prepaid compute credit, which pays for metered Jobs, paid Space hardware, and routed inference.
The Pricing page shows the current offers, prices, included allowances, and regional availability. Check it before purchasing because plan details can change.
Choose the billing owner first#

A personal plan belongs only to your account. It does not grant features to organizations you belong to. An organization plan belongs to that organization; only its administrators can manage it.

Subscribe#
- Sign in to the personal account or organization that should own the plan.
- Open Pricing and select the appropriate offer.
- For an organization plan, choose the organization and confirm the number of seats before payment.
- Complete the checkout and return to the relevant billing page to verify the plan status.
Enterprise plans use the contact option on the Pricing page rather than a self-service purchase flow.
Manage or change a plan#
Open Settings → Billing for a personal subscription, or the organization's Settings → Billing page for an organization subscription. The page shows the plan, renewal information, and available management actions.
Plan changes, cancellation, payment updates, and invoices are managed for the selected owner. Changing a personal subscription never changes an organization subscription, and vice versa.
Plan availability in the product#
When a feature requires a plan, MEGA labels it in the relevant settings or workflow. A disabled control can also result from your organization role, so confirm both the subscription and your permissions. Organization capabilities are described in Organizations.
