Billing#
Billing has two separate parts:
- A subscription provides plan features for a personal account or organization.
- Prepaid compute credit pays for metered workloads, including paid Space hardware, Jobs, and routed inference.
The Pricing page is the source of truth for current plans, prices, included allowances, and availability.
Find the right billing page#
Use Settings → Billing for a personal account. For an organization, open that organization's Settings → Billing page. Personal billing and organization billing are separate: a personal subscription does not change an organization's plan or credit, and organization administrators manage the organization's billing.
Manage a subscription#
From the relevant billing page, you can review the current plan, billing period, renewal date, and subscription status. Use Manage billing to update payment details, change the billing period, or cancel when those options are available for the plan.
After a billing change, refresh the billing page before relying on a newly available feature. If the displayed plan or status does not match the change, contact support with the billing owner and the time of the change; do not share payment details in a support request.
See Subscriptions and Plans for plan ownership and eligibility, PRO Plan for personal-plan features, and Team and Enterprise Plans for organization plans.
Prepaid compute credit#
Compute credit belongs to the selected personal account or organization. Add credit from that owner's billing page, then select the same owner when creating or running work that supports organization billing.
You can review the balance and recent usage from the billing page. A paid workload may be unavailable when its owner does not have enough credit; add credit or select the intended billing owner before retrying.
For workload-specific behavior, see Jobs, Spaces, and Inference Providers.
Get help with a charge#
Use the billing page to identify the billing owner and the relevant subscription or credit activity. Contact support for duplicate, unexpected, or failed charges. Include the owner, approximate time, and the non-sensitive reference shown in the billing page. Never include a card number, security code, password, or access token.
