Scope#
This policy applies to content you upload, publish, link to, generate, or otherwise make available through MEGA, including repository files, model weights, datasets, applications, MCPs, documentation, metadata, discussions, profile content, TensorPlayChat prompts and attachments, and conversation content or social images you choose to share.
Rights and lawful use#
Only publish content that you have the right to make available. Content must comply with applicable law and must not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not include personal or confidential information unless you have a valid basis to share it.
Safety and misuse#
Do not use MEGA to distribute malware, facilitate unauthorized access, evade security controls, or enable activity that is unlawful or materially harmful. Do not publish instructions, tools, or content intended to compromise systems, expose private information, or cause harm to people or property.
TensorPlayChat, search, and tools#
Do not use TensorPlayChat, web search, MCP servers, or connected tools to obtain unauthorized access, extract protected information, evade safeguards, automate abuse, impersonate another person, or facilitate illegal or materially harmful conduct. Model-generated content is not exempt from this policy merely because a model produced it.
Review generated content before relying on it or making it public. Do not share personal, confidential, security-sensitive, or copyrighted material unless you have a valid basis to do so. Public conversation links and social share images must follow the same rules as other public MEGA content.
Repository context#
Publish enough context for others to understand what a repository contains and how it should be used. Clearly identify important limitations, licenses, provenance, and access conditions where they apply. Public content should not misrepresent its source, capabilities, evaluation, sponsorship, or intended use.
Review and enforcement#
We may limit access to, remove, or restrict content, public conversation links, or connected-tool access when it conflicts with this policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the service. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Appeals and updates#
Use the Contact control in the site footer to request review of a content decision and include the affected repository or content reference. We may update this Content Policy as MEGA and its community evolve. The current version and effective date appear on this page.
